In business, we have to rely on and work with others in order to be productive and achieve results. The problem is that where two or more people are gathered, there can be politics, conflict and misunderstandings among workers. This kind of environment can be unproductive and alienating for employees, and disruptive for the organization.  In this one-day session, participants will learn useful skills in creating a positive communication "climate", listening for the "real  message, deliver and receive feedback with clarity and sensitivity.
