This 1-day simulation is designed to provide teams, which have recently completed leadership training, the opportunity to put their training into practice in a hands-on simulation exercise. The participants will create a company that will produce a product during fast paced production periods with ever changing market conditions. It will be up to the company management and employees to see if their "organization will be able to effective meet the demands of the market and remain profitable and keep the employees motivated.
