        The SDI is a self-scoring motivational assessment tool.  It measures an individual's Motivational Value         System both when things are going well and when the person faces conflict or opposition.  The         applications of the SDI are many, including: self knowledge, understanding the motivation of other people,         and tools for avoiding conflict situations.

        360 Feedback
        The 360 Competency Feedback provides executives and managers with an opportunity to receive an         assessment of their job performance from the people around them - their boss, their peers, their internal         customers and the people whose work they supervise.  From this feedback, executives and managers can         compare the opinions of others with their own perceptions, positively identify their strengths, and pinpoint         the areas of their job performance that could be improved.

        Profile XT
        The Profile XT is a "total person" assessment that measures the job-related qualities that make a person         productive - Thinking and Reasoning Style, Behavioral Traits, and Occupational Interests.  It is an excellent         coaching and professional development tool since it allows a manager to initiate a meaningful coaching         discussion in areas that are most critical to goal achievement.
